Data Quality is Care Quality
Member Panel

Quality of care is defined as the improvement of desired health outcomes through population health services. Organizations must invest in information systems that drive better care through good data governance, data management, and data analysis to achieve timely, actionable, and meaningful impact on health care delivery and coordination. These panelists are experts in quality, both in healthcare and data, and will share how they achieve quality of care through quality of data.

 

Chatrian Roberson, MPH is the Senior Vice President of Population Health where she is responsible for aligning resources and clinical information systems to leverage performance improvement initiatives across our network.  Chatrian works across partners, health plans, departments, and care teams to devise care coordination systems aimed at improving quality, reducing costs, and monitoring patient outcomes. 

Margaret Cruz, LCSW-BACS is the Director of Quality Assurance, providing specialized expertise and compliance oversight of behavioral health services (mental health and substance use disorders), as well as developmental disabilities services. She is responsible for FPHSA’s quality assurance program, overseeing agency-wide compliance, devising performance improvement initiatives, and coordinating external regulation.

Elia Brodsky, MBA is an executive with an MBA from Tulane University and extensive experience in information technologies, life sciences, and healthcare strategy, currently focusing on business development at Ascension-DePaul Community Health Centers. His professional journey is characterized by leveraging complex data for strategic growth initiatives and implementation of effective innovations.
